DUKE OF EDINBURGH STUDENTS TRAIN FOR THEIR EXPEDITION

Year 10 DofE participants are making great progress towards completing their Bronze Award. This week’s after school training session focused on advancing participants’ tent and cooking skills. Another well attended session, where participants demonstrated great teamwork skills while pitching their tent, as well as high levels of safety, maturity and skill while using the trangias. Participants will be plotting their expedition route during the final after school session next week. The qualifying expedition will take place on Saturday 17th July and Sunday 18th July.
