CALLING STUDENTS TO TAKE PART IN THE ARETÉ DRAMA CHALLENGE
26 April 2021 | fnscreative
Your task is to write an original drama script on the theme of ‘Freedom’. The challenge is open to students in all year groups, in all three Areté Schools – Stokesley, Northallerton and Richmond. The closing date for entries is Friday 4th June.
You can select from the following categories:
● Monologue
● Duologue
● Scene
● One act play
This could be a script for a stage/radio play, a TV programme or a film.
Give your script an appropriate title.
You can select your own locations, characters, plot, etc.
Think about the genre and style of your script.
All elements should be original and not taken from an existing play/TV programme/film.
There should be no swearing in your script: find alternative ways to communicate strong emotions – if EastEnders can do this, so can you!
